Do you offer free shipping?

As much as we would love to have the option of offering free delivery Australia wide, at this point in time it just isn’t possible. Freight costs are more often than not determined by the volumes sent, and given that we are just starting out, they aren’t quite the same as larger companies who offer free shipping. We do however absorb some of the shipping costs to keep it as low as possible and as soon as we can drop costs, we will do exactly that.

If you live locally on or around Phillip Island in Victoria, however, we can offer free local delivery.

Can I get a refund/exchange?

We thoroughly inspect all items before sending it out to you. Should there be any faults or damage, please email us at cheers@mrmods.beer and we will arrange an exchange or a refund if the item is not available. Exchanges and refunds are not available for change of mind.

How long will it take to get my order?

For in stock items, we will endeavour to post it to you within 2 business days. Postage times may vary depending on location and unseen delays with the postal service/couriers.

Preordered items are generally around 4-6 weeks, depending on the item. Please feel free to send any enquiries to cheers@mrmods.beer and we will get back to you asap.

How does this Craft Cube subscription work?

Each month we will send you a new selection of 9 independent craft beers from some of Australia’s most exciting and innovative breweries. Each selection will contain a mix of limited release and core range beers. The recurring payment will come out on the same day each month (on the same day as when the initial payment was made) until such time as you cancel your subscription. If there are insufficient funds, we will notify you and attempt to take payment in another 5 days. If this fails as well, we will cancel your subscription.

Craft Cubes are sent out on the 1st of each month (or the first business day after if the 1st falls on a weekend). If you start your subscription after the 1st, the first cube you receive will be on the 1st of the following calendar month. Any spare cubes, if any, will be available to purchase via the webstore.

How do I update my details?

Head to My Account where you can update your billing information, see your order history and upcoming order/payment dates.

Can I pause my Craft Cube subscription?

Of course! Just shoot us an email to cheers@mrmods.beer and we will gladly pause your subscription for as long as needed. Please note that it may take 24/48 hours for any changes to come into effect.

How do I cancel my Craft Cube subscription?

Go into My Account and select the Cancel Subscription option. Alternatively, email us at cheers@mrmods.beer and we will cancel it for you. Please note any changes may take 24/48 hours to come into effect.

Do you ship overseas?

At this stage, we only ship within Australia. All orders must have a valid Australian address.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Indeed. We will happily send your order to a PO Box or parcel locker.
